~Hi‐Tech Precision Industrial Limited was established in 1982, we are the wholly owned subsidiary of K & P International Holdings Limited , a public listed company in Hong Kong, China, since 1997.

~ Hi‐Tech Precision has operations in the areas of customer specific development, design, production and supply of high‐quality key‐pad, plastic and rubber components.

~ Hi‐Tech Precision together with its customers, develops the definite solution in an increasingly early phase, is indispensable to its customers owing to its know‐how in the specialized areas of designing and producing key‐pad, plastic parts and rubber parts components in specific applications and assemblies.

~K & P Group was founded in 1985 by Mr. Ivan, Lai Pei Wor, the Chairman of the Group. K & P International Holdings Limited is the holding company of K & P Group which was incorporated in Bermuda and has its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 2 January 1997 (Stock Code: 675).

~K & P Group's headquarter is located in Hong Kong, our branch offices in Singapore. The factories are located in Zhong Shan, Guangdong Province, China.

~The principal business of the Group at the time of its listing on the Stock Exchange was the manufacture and sale of precision parts and components ( including silicone rubber keypads, plastic keycap, synthetic rubber, double injection plastic parts, & plastic components and parts. )

~Over the years, the Group continues to rationalize and expand its business in tandem with market changes, and its principal business leveraging off its traditional core competencies currently comprises the following three business divisions:
